Your Role
- You’ll develop expertise in a niche European market and manage the full commercial recruitment cycle:
- Build and grow your own portfolio of clients and accounts
- Win new business through targeted outreach and commercial strategy
- Source, assess, and place candidates in specialist Engineering & Construction roles across Europe
- Take ownership of your market, identify opportunities and drive revenue
- Build long-term partnerships with clients and candidates, becoming a trusted advisor
