OverviewI am currently recruiting for a Building Safety Manager to join a client on a 6-month hybrid working basis. The role has a big focus on building safety, fire safety and major works.

Location: South East England

Rate: Negotiable DOE

Contract: 6-months

Key responsibilities

Demonstrate competence to the building safety regulator (HSE) and meet the requirements of the new Fire Safety Bill and Building Safety agenda.

Responsibility for carrying out inspections, defect diagnosis and taking appropriate action.

Completing Gateway 2 applications, Mandatory Occurrence reports and Gap Analysis.

Ensure that the Golden Thread is continuously up to date to maintain safety.

Qualifications and Essential Experience

CIOB Level 6 or working towards

Working with High Risk Buildings (HRB)

Permit to work schemes
