Interim Building Safety Manager

Contract Length: 9 Months\’

Location: West Midlands

Working Pattern: 3 days on site (Flexible)

Pay: Negotiable

Duties:

• Responsible person for the day to day management of the building safety programme for the high-rise properties.
• Ensuring the properties are in line with the Building Safety Act and compliance regulations.
• Ensure that exposure to risk from a Health and Safety or Statutory Compliance failure is minimised.
• Be responsible for the fire safety contracts, including fire servicing and maintenance, fire risk assessments, and remediation contracts.
