I am currently with a Housing Association in the Northwest, who are actively looking to recruit an interim building safety lead. My client have recently been granted funding for ongoing cladding projects and want a proven professional to lead on these projects.
Location: Northwest
Contract: 6 months
Working pattern: 2 days in office
Rate: DOE
Responsibilities:
- Leading on the strategic direction of building safety and compliance with relevant legislation, including requirements under the Building Safety Act 2022 and associated regulatory frameworks.
- Providing strategic oversight of fire safety across the wider stock.
- Overseeing major remediation programmes across a portfolio of 20+ HRBs.
- Line management responsibilities of 5 staff.
