The ideal candidate will take full ownership of on-site delivery, ensuring all construction activities meet programme, quality, safety, and cost targets. They will lead subcontractors and project teams, resolve issues quickly, and act as the central point of coordination to keep the project moving efficiently.
Full responsibility for on-site construction delivery in line with programme, cost, quality, and safety targets.
Manage multiple subcontractor packages, including:
- Civil & Structural
- MEP installation (HV/LV, cooling, mechanical, fire systems)
- External works and utilities
Work closely with client representatives, design teams, engineering, commissioning, and quality teams.
Proven experience as a Construction Manager or Senior Site Manager on Data Centre or mission-critical projects.
Strong understanding of MEP-heavy construction environments.
Experience working for a GC/MC/EPC contractor.
Experience on hyperscale Data Centre projects.
