We are currently seeking an experienced Architectural Technician to join a leading design and construction team on a 12-month contract based in Birmingham.
Responsibilities include:
- Deliver projects through RIBA Stage 3-4
- Develop and maintain accurate BIM models and drawing sets
- Liaise with architects, consultants, contractors and project stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with current Building Regulations and industry standards
- Work collaboratively to meet project deadlines and quality requirements
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience delivering projects through RIBA Stage 3-4
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD
- Strong working knowledge of Revit
- Excellent understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
- Experience working on large-scale commercial, residential, healthcare or education projects
- Knowledge of BIM coordination processes and standards
- Experience collaborating with contractors during the construction phase
- Previous experience working within a hybrid project delivery environment
