Freelance Geoenvironmental Engineer – Earthworks Supervision (West Yorkshire)
I’m looking, on behalf of a client, for a Freelance Geoenvironmental Engineer to support ongoing earthworks supervision across a major project in West Yorkshire. Ideal for someone who’s confident working independently on a flagship site and available for Jan 2026.
Role Overview
- On‑site earthworks monitoring and supervision
- Compaction testing, materials validation and compliance checks
- Daily reporting, record keeping and liaison with site teams
- Ensuring H&S and spec compliance throughout delivery
Requirements
- Geoenvironmental / Geotechnical / Geology background
- Strong experience with earthworks and ground conditions
- CSCS card + SSSTS + full UK driving licence
