A close client of mine has reached out as they are looking for a Benefits Manager on a hybrid working basis for the maximum course of 3 months to cover sick leave of the current manager who is in post. You will be required to go to the office 2 days per week subject to meetings and workload week on week.
Requirements:
- Operational experience as a Benefits Manager or within the benefits department of a local authority.
- Previous strategic experience with a restructure and a transformation period as a Benefits Manager in a previous assignment.
- You will be overseeing 3 Team Leaders as your direct reports and you will be working with the Head of Revenues, Benefits and Customer Experience.
- Previous experience with benefit audits and processing (processing will not be a massive part of this role but you do need to have an understanding and knowledge of it).
