What you will be doing:
- Make cold calls in your market and build relationships with new clients.
- Network and source top talent to develop your personal brand and receive clear financial reward.
- Freedom to manage your own desk and show off your potential.
- Act as the mediator and see the deal from start to finish, including client briefings, candidate interviews and delivering feedback.

Experience: No previous experience required. Our L&D team will guide and support you to unlock your potential as a top performing recruiter.
High earning potential from day one with chance of fast progression (uncapped commission):
- Year 1: 35K-45K OTE
- Year 2: 60K-70K OTE
- Year 3: 100K+ OTE

- 1st stage telephone call with Tilly (part of g2’s Talent Team) – familiarise us with your ambitions, values and goals.
