Recruiter – Specialist Recruiter for Property Professionals
Location: South Coast
Rate: DOE
Contract: 3 months
Key responsibilities:
- Managing an individual caseload of commercial Council property.
- Assisting with validation of lease records to help populate our new Asset Management System.
- Interrogating property files / lease and deed records to validate leased property records and populate missing information into a spreadsheet for data upload.
- Using knowledge and experience of commercial property management to report on progress, risks, and issues within the portfolio.
- Conducting visits to Council owned sites and recording findings to update databases accordingly.
- Liaising with the wider Asset Management team.
- Possessing good knowledge of landlord and tenant law.
- Having a detailed understanding of legal agreements relating to property, i.e., leases, wayleaves, easements, and licences.
- Understanding insurance principles and their application to Council properties.
- Experience with Property Asset Management Systems.
