Asbestos Manager

The ideal candidate for this position will succeed in this role if they have both knowledge and technical depth about asbestos & compliance. This is essential as they will be a central person in the decision making process, working with multiple individuals across different teams when necessary. As a result, they will also be overseeing specific personnel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality checks and assurance audits across a range of properties.
• Oversee and review asbestos surveys, removals, and remedial work to ensure full compliance.
• Work with contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure asbestos management procedures are correct.
• Maintain accurate records and support the update of the asbestos register.
