Location: Manchester - Hybrid (3 days on site/in office)

Rate: DOE (Outside IR35)

Start: December or January

Company Overview: Our client in Manchester is looking for an Architectural Technologist or experienced Part 2 Architectural assistant to join them, either on the last week of December or early January. They are working on the technical stages of a large scheme which would require on site presence alongside coordinating with others involved across the whole project. The work is done in Revit. They would require someone initially to start on a 6 month contract basis, offers hybrid working and is outside IR35.

Role Overview:

  • Delivering stages 3-5.
  • Completing the technical detailing in Revit.
  • Coordinating with other consultants.
  • Attend visits on site in Manchester city centre.
