About the role:
An interesting practice in London is looking for an Architect (Mid level)/Technician to support them for the next 6 months, with scope to extend. The role offers hybrid working of 3 days per week.
Start: Week commencing the 26th May
Location: London
Salary/Rate: DOE
Duration: 6 months +
Responsibilities:
- The role would involve working on the construction stages (4-5) due to a rise in projects, with further projects expected to land.
Requirements:
- Relevant architectural/construction qualifications.
- Revit favourable, with AutoCAD essential.
- Experience of working with listed buildings would be ideal.
- Strong knowledge of UK statutory regulations.
- Skilled in RIBA Stages 4 onwards.
- Excellent design and spatial planning skills.
- Time management skills and highly organised working methods.
- Able to prioritise challenging deadlines and work independently on one’s own initiative.
- Liaise effectively and efficiently with other members of the team and also external consultants, contractors and sub-contractors.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Confident communicator, able to liaise positively with clients and project consultants.
