Building Surveyor in Willenhall

I am helping my client recruit for an interim Building Surveyor.

Candidates most ideal for the role will have experience across social housing within housing associations and local authorities.

Contract Length: 3 months initially with potential to extend

Start Date: ASAP

Working Pattern: Hybrid working, 2 days onsite 3 days from home

Skills required: Planned works, surveying background (No qualifications required)

Day-to-day Responsibilities: Liasing with tenants and site managers

Location: North West

Rate: DoE
