I am currently assisting my client in South Wales, identify two Temporary Accommodation Officers.

Role: Temporary Accommodation Officer

Rate: Negotiable

Start date: ASAP

Working pattern: 2 days per week on site, 3 days from home, 37hrs per week

Key requirements:

  • Needs to own a car and be able to drive on site.
  • IT savvy and very enthusiastic.
  • Background in social housing/housing association/tenancy management/lettings/estate agency.

The role will involve ASB, Property Inspections, Evictions/Warning letters, Rent arrears, tenancy management.
