Contract Project Architect / Architectural Technologist – Revit Specialist Location: Greater Manchester Rate: £25-£28 per hour Contract Length: 3 months initial Start Date: ASAP We are looking for a skilled Project Architect or Architectural Technologist to join a busy team working on a multi-use commercial and industrial scheme. This is a contract role with an immediate start, offering the opportunity to contribute to a technically engaging project. Key Requirements: Strong proficiency in Revit is essential. Experience in commercial and industrial sectors is highly beneficial. Office presence in Greater Manchester (North West of the City) is preferred, though exceptional remote candidates may be considered at the stated rate. Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality technical output. Role Overview: Support the delivery of a multi-use scheme from technical design through to construction. Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants. Produce and coordinate detailed Revit models and technical drawings.
