This will include taking high-performing candidates to high-performing clients throughout the UK and Europe. We offer uncapped commission, fast tracked progression alongside bespoke training.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Owning your own market (no experience needed)
- Strategic Sales Targeting
- High-performance sourcing
- Managing and then closing the individuals you have sourced, managing the full cycle
- Collaborating on a high achieving, high energy team
Within our Nottingham office, we operate within Europe in the Engineering / Mechanical market. With a well-established team wanting to help you grow, we are ready to expand this with you being a part of it.
