Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial support for Adult Social Care.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting and financial monitoring processes.
- Provide strategic financial advice to senior managers and elected members.
- Support complex health and social care funding arrangements.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and challenge where appropriate.
- Attend and present at boards and committees when required.
Requirements
- Strong Finance Business Partnering experience within local government.
- Knowledge of hospital admissions and care board
- Adult Social Care finance experience is highly desirable.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
