- Experienced across a commercial portfolio within a public sector organisation is desirable
- RICS chartership is a must have
- Able to show experience across all general practice work; rent reviews, lease renewals, landlord and tenant work
- Able to start within 2 weeks

- 3 days on site/in office a week
- No management responsibilities
- Organise and efficiently manage different work loads
