Licensing Officer

G2 are recruiting on behalf of a local authority based in the South West for a Licensing Officer for 3 to 6 months due to there being some changes internally within their team. The main duties would be investigating complaints, issuing penalty points (Taxis), dealing with Licensing Act applications and leading/supporting with hearings. There would also be a requirement for the individual to support/guide the Council\’s Licensing Assistants and answer day to day queries about general licensing. The rate for the role is negotiable based on the right candidate and interviews will be held within the next 1-2 weeks. Role – Licensing Officer Hours – 16 to 24 Contract length – 3 to 6 months.
