My client in the Midlands is seeking a Class 2f Building Control Surveyor to join their service on a 12-month interim contract. This will be a long term assignment, offering a very competitive rate OUTSIDE of IR35.
They are looking for you to complete daily site visits, completing plan checking from home with little office presence required.
