Your responsibilities will be as follows: Demonstrate a confident working knowledge of Part 7 and Part 6 of the Housing Act 1996. Assess and case work homeless applications made to the council, ensuring compliance with homelessness legislation, specifically the Homelessness Reduction Act 2017 (HRA). Attend meetings as requested, contributing to discussions and providing updates on cases and developments. You must have experience or knowledge in: Demonstrated understanding of homelessness legislation, including the Homelessness Reduction Act 2017 and relevant sections of the Housing Act 1996. Confident working knowledge of Part 7 and Part 6 of the Housing Act 1996.
