A local authority client of mine is seeking two Interim Estates Surveyors to join the Property and Estates team. You will play a key role in the effective management of our diverse property portfolio, supporting the delivery of high-quality, value-for-money estate management services across the authority.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a varied portfolio of assets.
  • Undertake rent reviews, lease renewals, and landlord & tenant negotiations.
