My client based in the West Midlands is looking for an Energy Project Manager with a strong strategic background. The ideal candidate will have a background in the energy sector and have previously led the development and delivery of an Area Energy Plan. Due to the nature of the role, there is potential for it to fall outside of IR35.
Skills/Experience/Responsibilities:
- Leading the planning, implementation and successful delivery of the Council's Local Area Energy Plan.
- Energy/Sustainability project management experience.
- Knowledge of energy systems, renewable tech, and decarbonisation strategies.
- Strong stakeholder management skills; building and maintaining strong relationships with local authorities, energy infrastructure companies, industry representatives, and community groups.
Contract Length: End of FY.
Rate: Negotiable DOE (Project - Outside IR35 potentially).
Working Pattern: Hybrid (1 day in office ideally).
