Damp and Mould/Repairs Surveyor

I am helping my client recruit for a few Damp and Mould/Repairs Surveyors on an interim basis. You\’ll be joining a reputable organisation renowned for its dedication to high-quality care and compliance. This role is ideal for a proactive Damp and Mould Inspector eager to make an immediate impact in a dynamic and supportive environment. Responsibilities * Carry out standard day-to-day maintenance tasks. * Perform reactive maintenance and damp and mould inspections. * Organise and coordinate day-to-day repair work. * Identify the cause of maintenance issues and oversee trades on site whilst repairs are being carried out. Requirements * Experience in diagnosing repairs and undertaking repairs inspections to residential properties * Ability to work at pace and adapt to change * Experience within social housing * Experience with carrying out damp and mould inspections Package * 3-month contract, with potential to extend * Negotiable rate DOE For more information please reach out via email or give me a call on (phone number removed)
