Damp and Mould and Disrepairs Surveyor

I am currently assisting a client within the Southwest that is currently hiring for a Damp and Mould and Disrepair surveyor position with a focus on delivering proactive and details diagnosis as well as legal disrepair cases, including presenting in Court.

The most ideal candidates will have a history of working within local authorities and/or Housing Associations to assess health and safety issues brought forward in a wide portfolio of properties and have a strong background in legal disrepairs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all properties are safe, clean and habitable by diagnosing all DMC issues and focus on prevention.

• Regularly carry out disrepair cases and on occasion present the cases in Court when needed.

• HNC minimum qualification is ideal.

• Recent experience in Disrepairs.

Package

• 3+-month contract with potential extension.

• Negotiable rate DOE.

• Hybrid work 3 days on site, 2 days from home.
