My client based within Hertfordshire are looking to appoint a Building Services Manager temporarily whilst they complete a restructure.
Skills/Experience/Responsibilities
- Have experience overseeing all repairs, maintenance, and compliance within a Local Authority/Housing Association & previously implemented robust statutory compliance processes.
- Review the Stock Condition Survey Data and draft up a 30–year business plan for corporate/commercial assets.
- Previously managed Building Services, Garages and Asset Data Teams.
- Ability to make unilateral decisions.
