What will you be doing?
- Sourcing top-level talent and managing the full recruitment process
- Building your own client portfolio through warm and cold outreach
- Establishing yourself as a subject-matter expert in your field
- Using LinkedIn to build a personal brand and network
- Close deals and earn commission from day one!

- Base Salary: £25,000 - £27,500
- Uncapped Commission: OTE £35k+ in Year 1, £60k+ in Year 2, £100k+ in Year 3

- 3rd stage: Face to Face interview in the Bristol office - this will likely be a 1-1 interview with the hiring manager or a dynamic Assessment Centre day with the hiring team!
