I have a client in the East Midlands currently looking to fill an Asset Surveyor position with a focus on overseeing works from inception to completion on a wide range of assets. The best candidates will have a history of assessing Damp and Mould, Disrepair, Fire Damage and Structural Issues across a wide array of Assets. Responsibilities Successfully undertake reports and surveys on a wide range of Assets Assess Fire Damage, Damp and Mould, and Disrepair issues on Company Assets. Help to support other departments and the newly formed Assets Team.
