I’m currently working with a nationally recognised claimant law firm, widely regarded as one of the UK’s leading specialists in clinical negligence and serious injury litigation. The firm is consistently ranked by the leading legal directories, including The Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners, and is known for acting on complex, high value, and life changing claims for individuals and families.
The team includes nationally respected specialists accredited by APIL, AvMA and the Law Society, and the culture is genuinely people focused, both for clients and employees. The firm is also well known for its progressive and flexible approach to working. Hybrid and remote models are fully embedded, with minimal office attendance required depending on preference.
You will manage a claimant clinical negligence caseload, handling matters from instruction through to resolution or litigation. The work is meaningful and often complex, involving serious injury and challenging medical issues. You will be supported by an experienced infrastructure of medical experts, counsel and specialist support teams.
- Drafting pleadings and key litigation documents

A qualified solicitor or equivalent with clinical negligence experience.
