I’m currently working with a respected Yorkshire law firm looking to appoint a senior Residential Conveyancer to lead the launch and growth of its conveyancing department in Harrogate. The Role
- Build, develop, and lead the residential conveyancing department
- Manage a high-quality caseload of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new build, and shared ownership transactions
- Oversee recruitment, team development, and departmental growth
- Develop relationships with local agents, brokers, referrers, and clients
- Ensure exceptional client service, compliance, and technical standards
About You
- Highly experienced Residential Conveyancer (circa 10 years' PQE or equivalent)
- Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of residential conveyancing
- Previous management or supervisory experience is advantageous
- Commercially minded with an interest in business development and team leadership
- Experience using Proclaim case management software
- Strong communication, organisational, and client relationship skills
