Key Responsibilities
- Managing a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
- Handling freehold, leasehold, remortgage and transfer of equity matters
- Advising and supporting clients throughout the conveyancing process
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents and other referrers
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory and professional standards
- Contributing to the ongoing development and growth of the conveyancing department
- Supporting continuous improvements to service delivery and client experience
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX Lawyer or experienced Residential Conveyancer
- Proven experience managing a residential property caseload independently
- Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing procedures and regulations
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Strong organisational and file management abilities
- Commercial awareness and commitment to high service standards
- Ambition to develop professionally and progress within a growing team
