Are you looking to join a firm where every employee received a bonus last year? In the first quarter of this year alone, 40% of the team achieved the top-tier ‘Platinum Bonus’, which, if maintained, equates to up to £18,000 annually. It’s a rare opportunity to join a high-performing national conveyancing firm where success is consistently recognised and rewarded.

I’m currently working with a well-regarded national conveyancing practice seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their fully remote team. In this role, you’ll independently manage a caseload of residential property files, covering a broad mix of transactions including freehold, leasehold, new build, unregistered, and shared ownership matters.

In return, the firm offers a competitive base salary, a comprehensive benefits package, and a highly attractive bonus scheme worth up to £18,000 per year. The majority of fee earners achieve over £10,000 annually in bonuses, making this an excellent opportunity for those who want strong earning potential alongside flexibility.

You will manage a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, working autonomously while remaining part of a supportive and collaborative remote team. As your performance develops, there may also be opportunities to expand your caseload and responsibilities.

  • Proven experience independently managing a residential conveyancing caseload
  • Good financial awareness when handling transactional matters
  • 25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays, with the option to buy or sell additional days
  • Company pension scheme
  • Healthcare Cash Plan
  • Enhanced maternity and paternity pay
  • Bonus scheme worth up to £18,000 per year
  • Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)
  • Discounted legal services
  • Cycle to Work scheme and more

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Conveyancer seeking full remote flexibility, excellent earning potential, and the chance to join one of the UK’s most successful conveyancing teams.
