Based in their Cheltenham office, the role offers full support through the qualification process and the chance to build a long-term career in the field of intellectual property. This position is ideal for someone with a strong academic background in electrical engineering, electronic engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related discipline , who is keen to apply their technical knowledge in a legal and commercial context. Supporting partners and qualified attorneys in contentious and non-contentious IP matters A 2:1 or above (or equivalent) in electronic, electrical, mechanical engineering or a closely related subject A genuine interest in law and intellectual property A desire to pursue a long-term career as a Chartered and European Patent Attorney Previous IP experience is not essential, as full training will be provided.
