About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a Trade Mark Attorney with 2+ years’ PQE to join a forward-thinking team with clear room for progression. You’ll work closely with senior attorneys and partners, taking on meaningful responsibility while being supported by a structure that encourages growth. The role provides a strong platform for someone who wants to develop, contribute to client relationships and progress quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and advising on UK, EU and international trade mark portfolios.
- Conducting clearance searches, drafting specifications and advising on filing strategies.
- Handling prosecution matters, oppositions, invalidity actions and related disputes.
- Preparing evidence, drafting submissions and supporting contentious matters.
- Advising on brand protection strategies and broader commercial considerations.
- Developing client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives.
Requirements
- Qualified Trade Mark Attorney with 2+ years’ PQE.
- Strong grounding in both contentious and non-contentious TM work.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage matters with growing independence.
- A proactive mindset with a desire to progress and develop within a high-performing team.
