This established and well-known family-friendly firm are looking for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX to manage a varied caseload and grow with the team.
There is genuine progression in this supportive team - proven by the amount of long-term employees who have progressed through qualification and onto partner/senior status.
What will you do?
- Manage your own conveyancing caseload.
- Manage all conveyancing matters to include freehold & leasehold sales & purchases, remortgages & equity release, transfers of equity, matrimonial conveyancing and leasehold matters.
About You:
- Qualified Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer/Legal Executive.
- 2+ years’ residential conveyancing experience.
- Confident running files from instruction through post-completion with minimal supervision.
- You must be able to easily visit Taunton/Somerset twice a month.
Location: Taunton, Somerset (Only visit the office twice/month if preferred).
Contract: Permanent, full-time or part-time (hybrid).
Salary: Up to £60,000 depending on experience.
Benefits: 33 days holiday (incl. bank holidays), bonus, pension, hybrid working, strong admin support.
