The role would suit a Patent Attorney specialising in technology, electronics, software, telecommunications or a related area who is looking for a clear and structured route through their career. From day one, the successful candidate will have a mapped-out progression plan, with clear expectations and support at each stage of their development.
The Role:
- Managing a varied portfolio of technology and electronics patent matters
- Drafting and prosecuting UK and international patent applications
- Working closely with innovative clients across a range of technology sectors
- Supporting senior Attorneys on more complex matters where appropriate
- Developing strong client relationships and gaining increasing responsibility
- Working towards qualification and/or progressing towards senior levels within the firm
Requirements:
- Part-Qualified or Newly Qualified Patent Attorney
- Strong technical background within technology, electronics, software, telecommunications or a related discipline
- UK patent qualification experience is desirable
- Strong academic and technical credentials
- Commercial awareness and a genuine interest in developing a career within a leading IP practice
