The Role:
You will manage a varied caseload of Court of Protection matters, ensuring all legal processes are handled with precision, empathy, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and submit Deputyship Applications, liaising with the Court of Protection
- Manage client files from initial enquiry through to resolution
- Visit clients and liaise with Deputies, Attorneys, care homes, and professionals
- Handle routine correspondence and maintain accurate records
- Oversee the general management of clients’ personal and financial affairs
A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is required, as client visits are an essential part of the role.
About You:
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in Court of Protection work
- Passionate about supporting vulnerable individuals and safeguarding their interests
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
