Location: Flexible across Lincolnshire offices

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Hours: Full-Time or Part-Time (Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.15pm)

The Role:

You will manage a varied caseload of Court of Protection matters, ensuring all legal processes are handled with precision, empathy, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and submit Deputyship Applications, liaising with the Court of Protection
  • Manage client files from initial enquiry through to resolution
  • Visit clients and liaise with Deputies, Attorneys, care homes, and professionals
  • Handle routine correspondence and maintain accurate records
  • Oversee the general management of clients’ personal and financial affairs

A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is required, as client visits are an essential part of the role.

About You:

  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in Court of Protection work
  • Passionate about supporting vulnerable individuals and safeguarding their interests
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
