Actions Against the Police Solicitor
Specialist litigation practice in the heart of Liverpool has a fantastic opening for an experienced and ambitious Litigation Solicitor to join its dedicated Actions Against the Police department.
The dedicated department has a strong reputation for its Actions Against the Police offering. Due to an increase in new work, they are seeking to expand the existing team with the addition of a skilled Litigation Solicitor (Civil or PI).
The team deals with an array of claims against policing authorities, including wrongful arrest, false imprisonment, unlawful detention, human rights breaches, and more. You will be given responsibility for your own caseload, which you\’ll be expected to manage from instruction through to completion.
You will be an ambitious qualified Solicitor (1‑5 years PQE+ or NQ\’s with a diverse background) with experience in managing litigation claims until conclusion; the bulk of your caseload will be litigated.
