The Role:
- You’ll manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, working with a wide range of clients—from first-time buyers to seasoned property investors.
- You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values high-quality client service and commercial awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage your own caseload of residential property transactions
- Deliver clear, commercially focused legal advice to clients
- Work closely with partners and senior lawyers on complex matters
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Contribute to business development and networking initiatives
- Support junior team members and contribute to team growth
- Monitor WIP, billing, and time recording effectively
- Align personal objectives with the wider strategic goals of the team
About You:
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEx with 2–5 years’ PQE
- Proven experience in residential property law
- Strong client and project management skills
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise effectively
- A team player with a proactive and collaborative approach
