The Role:
This firm is growing! Business is flowing in and there is at least enough work for a further Conveyancer to join the team
You will deliver expert legal advice on all aspects of residential property law to include:
- Oversee the entire conveyancing process, from initial instructions to post-completion matters
- Sales & purchases of residential property
- Transfers and remortgages
- Drafting and review all legal documents, contracts, and agreements
- Conducting comprehensive legal research
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth and efficient completions
- Undertake due diligence and title investigations
- Identify potential issues or risks
What experience do you need:
- 5+ years\β PQE
- A very strong background in conveyancing
