This is a non-fee earning position. I am currently recruiting on behalf of one of Yorkshire's leading law firms for a Title Checker who can work on a fully remote basis if desired. They are looking to hire a meticulous individual to join as a Residential Property Title Checker. 1 month office attendance in any of the Yorkshire offices is required at the beginning of employment.
This role involves verifying and reviewing residential property titles to ensure their accuracy and compliance with legal standards. There is no caseload responsibility associated with this position.
Key Tasks- Review and verify residential property titles.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies in title records.
