The Role
• Manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
• Handle a range of transactions, including more complex matters
• Deliver exceptional client service and act as a key point of contact throughout the process
• Support junior team members and contribute to team success where appropriate
About You
• Proven experience managing residential conveyancing transactions independently
• Strong technical knowledge of freehold sales and purchases
• Experience with leasehold and new build matters is advantageous
• Organised, proactive, and confident working autonomously
• Committed to delivering a high standard of client care
