Established London law firm, well-known for their property work, are looking to recruit a self-motivated experienced real estate solicitor to join their busy property finance team. The successful candidate will be dealing with a wide range of work that will include:

  • Acting on behalf of Banks, Companies, Investors, Developers, etc.;
  • Acting for both borrower and lender;
  • Bridging and property finance.

It is essential that you have experience dealing with all aspects of Commercial / Residential Property and Bridging/Secured Lending Transactions, good technical knowledge, and excellent communication and client skills.
