An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced commercial property lawyer at senior associate level with at least 5PQE to join a growing team advising on energy and infrastructure projects.
The Role………….
In this position you will advise developers, investors and funders on property matters connected to renewable energy and infrastructure:
- Solar farms, wind farms, battery storage and EV charging sites.
- Leading on complex, high-value commercial property transactions.
- Drafting and negotiating leases, options, easements and development agreements.
- Supporting and supervising junior team members.
About You……………
- 5+ years’ PQE in commercial property, with expertise in the energy space.
- Confidence handling complex transactions and advising major clients.
- Strong relationship-building skills and an interest in business development.
