Job Description
A leading national law firm is seeking an experienced real estate lawyer to join its Knowledge team as a Professional Support Lawyer. This is not a typical PSL role. Alongside maintaining know-how and training, you will help drive innovation and improve how the firm delivers its real estate transactional work.
The role will involve:
- Keeping the team updated on legal developments and case law
- Drafting and maintaining precedents, practice notes and know-how resources
- Delivering training and mentoring to lawyers at all levels
- Advising on transactions and acting as a sounding board for fee earners
- Working with operations and legal tech teams to improve processes and develop tools such as playbooks, prompt libraries and automated documents
- Using technology, including AI tools, to make transactional processes more efficient and user friendly
About you:
- Qualified solicitor with around 3 to 5 years’ + PQE in real estate
- Strong technical knowledge and drafting skills
- An interest in legal tech, innovation and improving service delivery
- Organised, proactive and able to translate complex issues into practical solutions
- Excellent communicator and approachable team player
