What will you do?

  • Be the second most senior solicitor in the team – with an eye on succession planning
  • Resolve property related disputes for high profile charities
  • Maximise the value of their legacies, support their legal teams and manage their property portfolios
  • Maximise the value of your clients properties (whether gifted to them through legacies, charitable purpose, operational or retail), to optimise income & achieve wider goals
  • Work alongside experienced experts & charity property colleagues
  • Cases will include but not limited to: Title queries, lost deeds, third party rights (rights of way, easements restrictive covenants, Town and Village Greens etc) landlord and tenant, lease disputes, rent reviews, possession proceedings, third party rights and more

What will you need?

  • A minimum of 4 years experience as a solicitor or legal executive
  • Property Litigation experience
  • The ability to be creative and solve clients issues in a way they both like & understand
  • Charities experience is NOT needed, but an interest in this sector is required
