This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate level Commercial Projects Solicitor to work closely with an experienced Partner who advises on major infrastructure and energy projects, in a team recognised in Legal 500 for advising on some of the most innovative projects in the market.
The DepartmentThis is a successful and growing team working on high‐profile, complex projects at the forefront of the UK\’s energy transition and infrastructure development.
Clients include project sponsors and developers, central government departments, regulators, and public sector.
Projects supporting decarbonisation, sustainability and net zero objectives.
The Role
Support and lead on the procurement and delivery of complex energy and infrastructure projects, drafting, negotiating and finalising sophisticated commercial and project agreements.
Advise clients across the full project lifecycle from structuring and procurement through to delivery and contract management.
Able to work cross‐disciplinary legal teams to deliver cohesive advice.
Supervise and mentor junior lawyers within the team.
About you
You will play a key role in the continued growth and development of the practice.
Background in either: Projects, Commercial, Construction or PFI/PPP.
Qualified Solicitor with at least 5 PQE.
