Projects Associate / Senior Associate – 5+ PQE
Commercial & Infrastructure Hybrid Working
A leading UK law firm is seeking an experienced Projects Associate or Senior Associate to join its growing Commercial & Infrastructure team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile, complex projects across a wide range of sectors including health, education, social care, housing, and infrastructure.
The Role:
You’ll take a lead role in delivering complex commercial transactions and advising on operational management of PFI and PPP contracts. The work spans both public and private sector clients and includes:
- Advising on contract interpretation, variations, and contract management
- Supporting clients on PPP expiry and future service arrangements
- Leading on high-value outsourcing, managed services, and strategic partnerships
- Collaborating with specialists across construction, finance, employment, pensions, property, and procurement
- Mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to business development initiatives
What You’ll Need:
- 5+ years’ PQE with significant experience in PFI/PPP or complex infrastructure contracts
- Strong technical and commercial skills with the ability to manage complex issues
- Experience advising on operational delivery of PPP projects
- A collaborative, proactive approach and the ability to work with a high degree of autonomy
