An established and growing Private Client practice is seeking an experienced Legal Director or Partner to play a key role in its continued development. This is an opportunity to work with high-net-worth individuals, families and trustees on complex, high-value matters, while helping to shape the future direction of the practice in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

Role Requirements:

  • Advise clients on a broad range of private client matters including wills, trusts, estates, succession planning, inheritance tax and powers of attorney
  • Lead on complex and high-value instructions, acting as a trusted adviser to clients and referrers
  • Contribute to the growth and strategic direction of the Private Client offering
  • Support business development and profile-raising activity
  • Mentor and support junior colleagues within the practice

Experience:

  • Extensive experience in private client work, including complex estates and wealth planning
  • Able to manage matters autonomously and operate confidently at senior level

Skills:

  • Excellent client relationship and communication skills
  • Commercial awareness with a genuine interest in developing and growing a practice
