An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and skilled solicitor or Legal Exec to join a reputable Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence group. The successful candidate will work on a diverse caseload, assisting a collaborative team with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality legal services.
About the Role
The role involves handling a variety of personal injury and clinical negligence cases, including but not limited to:
- Road Traffic Collisions (RTCs)
- Employer’s Liability claims
- Public and Occupiers’ Liability claims
- Cases of medical misdiagnosis and failure to treat
You will manage your own caseload under supervision and also collaborate on larger cases led by senior team members. The role offers opportunities to develop legal expertise, achieve fee targets, and contribute to a positive and effective working environment.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in Personal Injury and/or Clinical Negligence work
- Strong knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules and relevant legislation
- High standards of client care and a professional demeanour
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines effectively
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Confidence in IT tools, including Outlook, Word, and document management systems
